SurePoint CMO Lydia Flocchini Recognized as ILTA 2023 Influential Woman in Legal Tech
Lydia Flocchini, Chief Marketing Officer at SurePoint Technologies, has been honored by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) as one of the 2023 Influential Women in Legal Tech. This award honors outstanding women leaders in the global legal technology community who are “fostering change and female leadership (i.e., developing mentorship or leadership programs, making noteworthy contributions to the legal technology space, and/or championing innovative initiatives).” Lydia was selected from a submission list of 120 legal industry leaders.
In her current role as Chief Marketing Officer at SurePoint Technologies, Lydia develops and leads the company’s marketing strategy, product launches, and community marketing programs.
A business transformation and go-to-market leader, Lydia’s thirty years of experience working in legal tech includes leadership roles in customer success, marketing, and sales with Thomson Reuters, Lex Machina, and Logikcull. She has built a reputation for turning companies into customer-first organizations, and her deep expertise in launching new categories of legal tech. Her background working with thousands of legal professionals across different roles in law firms, corporations, and government agencies gives SurePoint a unique voice and perspective in the market.
While at Lex Machina, Lydia built the legal industry’s first customer success (CS) function and drove the rapid adoption of Legal Analytics. She played a pivotal role in SurePoint’s 2020 rebranding and its continued digital transformation. Lydia is a passionate champion of legal technology and is dedicated to helping others succeed in the business of law and technology. Her dedication extends beyond legal tech and into everything she does.

A frequent speaker on the power of mentorship, marketing innovation, and legal technology, Lydia was recognized by Demand Gen Report in the fifth annual B2B Innovator Awards in the “SMB Maestros” category. Additional honors include the American Association of Law Librarians (AALL) New Product Award, The Top 100 Marketing Executives of 2022 by Alumni Spotlight. In 2022, she was honored to speak at Extraordinary Women in Tech on “The Future of Law: Igniting Innovation in the Legal Industry.” In celebration of International Women’s Day 2022, Lydia was selected by Salesforce to participate as a panelist in the webinar, Celebrating Women Who Redefine Their Careers Through Mentorship, and featured in an article, “ Fantastic Leaders Offer Advice in Honor of International Women’s Day.” She was also featured Illana Raia’s, “The Epic Mentor Guide: Insider Advice for Girls Eyeing the Workforce.”
As a member of Chief, Women in Revenue, She Breaks the Law, and Latinas in Tech, Lydia actively participates in mentorship programs that amplify, support, and empower women and historically underrepresented people in the law and in tech.
She was recently appointed to the Product and Services Committee of the Association of Legal Administrators and ILTA Local Membership Working Group.
