    Job Summary

    The BI Developer is an integral part of the IT Team who oversees the organization’s data warehouse, exchange of data among multiple systems, reporting, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating interactive BI dashboards, visualizations and reports that provide actionable analytics to answer our client’s most important business challenges. This role will collaborate with company leadership, IT, sales, finance, product development and other teams across the company to deliver advanced analytical insights for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of databases and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand our client’s needs for self-service reporting solutions.
    • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality BI dashboards, reports and visualizations based on discovered requirements.
    • Own the repository of BI datasets and reports and make sure they are easy and intuitive for people to understand and work with

    Competencies:

    • A good grasp on database management systems, ETL concepts and BI reporting platforms
    • Exposer to AWS cloud technologies.
    • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
    • A track record of building and deploying impactful, production-ready dashboards and analytics.
    • A passion for helping people and tackling exciting challenges with technology-based solutions.
    • Be a thought partner to the team, supporting them in identifying solutions to obstacles as they arise.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Willing to learn new tools and techniques related to BI, ETL and Data warehousing.

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar)
    • 3+ years of relevant quantitative and data analytics experience in a business context
    • Experience using the one or more BI Software tools such as Sisense, Power BI, AWS QuickSight etc.
    • Experience administrating and maintaining BI software environments.
    • Experience working with large datasets of structured and unstructured data and developing experimental analytical designs.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and solid project management skills

    Job Summary

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to secure and grow the financial investments of our clients, develop and maintain the ongoing strategic business relationship with these clients, and focus on ensuring client renewal of our evolving solutions.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Own the overall client relationship and communication with all key stakeholders
    • Meet with key client stakeholders to objectively identify their strategic initiatives
    • Understand the client’s definition of success, be able to clearly articulate the value of the partnership with SurePoint, and together develop a co-authored plan for success

    • Maintain a continuous knowledge of account status and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and time to value for SurePoint’s clients
    • Own all client save initiatives by identifying at-risk/red flag accounts and is responsible for turning around the account by leveraging all available resources
    • Represent the client’s voice and communicate the client’s interests and needs to other departments within SurePoint, including partnering with the Product Team to prioritize the product roadmap based on market and client feedback

    Competencies:

    • Stay well informed about current industry trends and be able to talk intelligently about the legal industry
    • Keep apprised of and communicate competitive market intelligence within the GTM Team
    • Have strong presentation skills and ability to prepare and deliver formal presentations to large groups, online and in person
    • Have ambition, drive and ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
    • Be highly organized, detail oriented, responsive and persistent
    • Willingness to travel to meet with clients is required (once travel restrictions are lifted)

    Minimum Qualifications

    • BS/BA in related discipline (preferred: Accounting or IT) and 2-5 years of experience managing enterprise, SaaS solutions
    • Established record of successfully managing a client portfolio and being held accountable for retention and upsell metrics
    • Understands client and market challenges that may hinder further adoption and proposes
    • solutions to overcome those challenges to ensure investment is maintained
    • Ability to proactively manage a large client-base in a strategically designed region
