    Job Summary

    SurePoint is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast paced, growing organization. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, building/maintaining, and executing digital communications initiatives in alignment with the goals of the overall marketing team to drive leads and strengthen the SurePoint brand. Your focus will be driving website traffic, overseeing PPC channels, delivering the right audiences to the right content at the right time as well as generating excitement around webinars, events and other projects designed for legal professionals.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Develop and program email campaigns in coordination with the content marketing and lead generation strategies
    • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
    • Diligently track, analyze, and report on website analytics, PPC initiatives and campaign progress
    • Strengthen SEO/SEM/SERP results with a strategy for growing SurePoint’s online presence
    • Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to measure success
    • Administrate website CMS and various marketing platforms
    • Optimize landing pages for SEO and user experience
    • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures
    • Research and analyze competitive marketing intelligence
    • Work closely with content manager to maximize impact of collateral
    • Monitor industry activity/trends and competitor intelligence
    • Organize and track various projects to stay on schedule
    • Assist in the strategy and execution of trade shows and other events
    • Have your voice heard in marketing strategy meetings
    • Support internal and outbound communications regarding product launches
    • Perform research and analysis to support marketing initiatives

    • Demonstratable experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
    • Experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Pardot, Google Adwords, LinkedinAds and WordPress (preferred)
    • Minimal travel required (~10%)

    Job Summary

    SurePoint Technologies is seeking an innovative, talented, and experienced applications engineer to join our team. This role is customer facing Tier1 Level Technical Support of the SurePoint Legal Time and Billing Software. Must be able to analyze various customer problems and provide a high level of customer support and follow through; own the issue from beginning to end. Assist Clients in a Technical Support of connectivity to SurePoint Cloud and Hosted Environment.

    Essential Functions/Responsibilities

    • Use, knowledge, and support of VMware Horizon Virtualization Software
    • Knowledge of Windows file and Print Sharing including mapped drives
    • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Group Policy
    • Work with various Web Server technologies such as Apache Tomcat and Apache HTTP Server
    • Proficient understanding of LAN/WAN environments and all associated protocols, such as TCP/IP. Remote Printing Connectivity via TCP/IP and Troubleshooting; iSeries knowledge or willingness to learn a plus
    • Experience in SQL connectivity support, including setup of ODBC connections to enterprise database servers
    • Partner with software support team members to triage issues in a timely manner
    • Actively participate in triage meetings to share knowledge with Clients and Team members to resolve solutions in a timely manner
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
    • Ability to promptly answer support related calls, emails, and other electronic communications.
    • Ability to complete preliminary network/system analysis and issue isolation
    • Strong critical thinking skills with experience troubleshooting internet connectivity, digital phone, and wireless equipment
    • Ability to problem solve while managing multiple details and systems
    • Excellent reasoning ability - must have the ability to solve practical and complex problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited knowledge exists
    • Effective management of ticketing system, including creation, escalation, and resolution

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ Years’ experience supporting large scale software packages
    • Bachelor - Associate Degree in Computer or Engineering Field, or related level of experience

    • Ability to work in a fast work environment solving complex problems.
