Laurence Winters, VP of Relationship Management & Community and member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) committee has published a new piece on mentoring in 2022. In “All Aboard the MentorShip — Blast Off in 2022!“, Laurence provides tips on being both a mentee and a mentor and how it can positively impact both your career and personal life.
