Registration Information: We will be sharing updates regarding IGNITE as we approach the date of the event.

 

Please note that travel and hotel reservations need to be done separately and does not confirm your conference registration. Again, we will notify you when conference registration becomes available. More information regarding the education tracks will be sent at a later time.

 

Registration Deadline: All attendees must register by February 3, 2023.

 

Registration Cost: There is no cost to attend the conference.

 

Who Can Attend: IGNITE is exclusive to the current SurePoint Technologies community: ContactEase CRM, Coyote Analytics, and LMS users.

 

Food: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for conference attendees as well as hosted cocktail events.

Q: Can my spouse or friend attend?

A: Yes, your spouse or friend can attend social events. However, the conference presentations are only open to current ContactEase CRM, Coyote Analytics, and LMS users.

 

Q: What should I wear?

A: The attire is business casual. Please note it is important that you wear attire that makes you feel comfortable and enjoy your time at the conference and in Las Vegas. If special events are added to the conference itinerary, registrants will be notified of recommended attire.

 

Q: What is the cost to attend?

A: There is no cost to attend the conference itself. Please note you are responsible for paying for your airfare, personal meals outside of the conference, and special events that you attend on your own.

 

Q: Are meals included?

A: Meals during the conference will be provided. There will be set times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will be able to indicate your dietary restrictions to ARIA staff.

 

Q: Will there be transportation to and from the airport?

A: Attendees are responsible for their own transportation.

 

Q: Do you have materials you can share with my firm?

A: Please refer to the "Why Attend IGNITE" section to learn more about the benefits of attending this engaging and exciting conference. Also, the conference is exclusive to our community members and there is no cost to attend the conference itself.

 

Q: How many people are expected to attend?

A: We anticipate approximately 300.

 

Q: When is the last day to receive the discounted room rate?

A: Book your room at the ARIA before Friday, February 3, 2023, to lock in your IGNITE 2023 community discount. This link is exclusive to ContactEase CRM, Coyote Analytics, and LMS attendees.

 

Q: If I arrive early or stay late, does the discounted room rate still apply?

A: Yes. We have arranged for attendees to receive a discounted room rate prior to and immediately following the conference. Discounted rooms are based upon availability and are subject to change.

 

Q: Can I stay at another hotel?

A: Yes. You may choose to stay at another hotel. However, the discounted rate will only be available for the ARIA.

 

Q: Will there be virtual options/recordings?

A: At this time, IGNITE is an in-person event barring any unforeseen circumstances. The benefit of attending is to have the opportunity to meet with our experts in person, participate in hands-on workshops, and network with other members of the community. Please note that selected materials will be available after the conference.

 

Q: What if I miss the conference check-in hours?

A: Registration will be open from 3pm-6pm on Sunday, 3/5, and from 7am-12pm on Monday, 3/6. If you are arriving outside of registration hours, please email community@surepoint.com to arrange badge pickup.

Q: Will you expense meals taken outside of the ARIA?

A: No, we will not be reimbursing meals outside of the ARIA. Meals during the conference will be provided. There will set times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

 

Q: Can I see the menu in advance for dietary restrictions?

A: The registration form will include an area to note any dietary restrictions.

 

Q: Can I attend if I'm not a ContactEase CRM, Coyote Analytics, or LMS client?

A: The conference is exclusive to current ContactEase CRM, Coyote Analytics, and LMS community members. You must be a current client to attend.

 

Q: Who should I contact with questions?

A: Please email our team with questions.

 

Q: Will you have exhibit booths or other vendors at the event?

A: The benefit of IGNITE is to have the opportunity to meet with our experts in person, participate in hands-on workshops, and network with other members of the community. To the end, we encourage community members to talk to our experts and immerse themselves in all things related to the products you use.

 

Q: What if I need to cancel?

A: Once the registration form is live and you have submitted your information, you can cancel by email. You will need to contact the airline and hotel separately to cancel those reservations.

 

Q: What precautions will be taken to ensure safety?

A: The safety of our community is our top priority. We will work with the Aria to ensure that safety protocols are in place for all types of circumstances.

 

Q: Are there health protocols in place?

A: We will be following the guidance from the CDC and local health mandates. The ARIA is also committed to the health and safety of its guests. View ARIA's Health & Wellness Guidelines.

 

Q: I'm interested in being a panelist, who can I contact?

A: Please email our team with the following information: your contact information, the topic you would like to present, presentation goals and overview, and anything else you would like to share regarding the presentation.

 

Q: Will any of the sessions count toward continued education credits?

A: At this time, the sessions are not approved for continuing education credits. Please note we will continue to research this as an option.

 

Q: Will there be a conference app available for download?

A: Details on how to download the app will be made available as we approach the start of the conference.
