A: Cost to attend Ignite 2026 is $695/person. An early bird discount is available. Please note you are responsible for paying for your airfare, personal meals outside of the conference, and special events that you attend on your own.

A: You can cancel your conference registration by emailing us at community@surepoint.com. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the conference date will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made 29 to 15 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days before the conference or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. You will need to contact the airline and hotel separately to cancel those reservations.
