As part of the Ignite experience, we’re hosting a memorable evening at the Bullock Museum—an iconic Austin venue that blends history, creativity, and culture.
In partnership with Groove Labs, the evening will feature live music, full museum access, a branded photo booth, and interactive stations like vinyl spin art and vintage guitars. Street musicians will set the tone as guests walk to the venue.
Enjoy Austin-inspired food and drinks provided by Rosemary’s Catering, all in a relaxed setting designed to help you connect, recharge, and celebrate.
A: Yes, your spouse or friend can attend with the purchase of a conference ticket. The conference presentations are open to current ContactEase, Coyote Analytics, Leopard Solutions, LMS, and ZenCase users and anyone interested in learning more about SurePoint’s solutions.
A: The attire is business casual. Please note it is important that you wear attire that makes you feel comfortable and enjoy your time at the conference.
A: Cost to attend Ignite 2025 is $695/person. An early bird discount is available. Please note you are responsible for paying for your airfare, personal meals outside of the conference, and special events that you attend on your own.
A: There will be set times for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and receptions. You will be able to indicate your dietary restrictions upon registering for the conference.

A: Yes. You may choose to stay at another hotel. However, the discounted rate will only be available for the AT&T Conference Hotel. If the room block is full, here are a few other options: Hampton Inn & Suites Austin at The University/Capitol, Hilton Garden Inn Downtown University Capitol District, or The Otis Hotel Austin.
A: Ignite is an in-person event. The benefit of attending is to have the opportunity to meet with our experts in person, participate in hands-on workshops, and network with members of the community.
A: If you are arriving outside of registration hours, please email community@surepoint.com to arrange badge pickup.
A: No, we will not be reimbursing meals outside of the conference. Meals during the conference will be provided. There will set times for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and receptions.
A: The registration form will include an area to note any dietary restrictions.

A: Yes, attendees will have the opportunity to connect with our sponsors, listed above on this page, during the conference.
A: You can cancel your conference registration by emailing us at community@surepoint.com. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the conference date will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made 29 to 15 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days before the conference or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. You will need to contact the airline and hotel separately to cancel those reservations.
A: The safety of our community is our top priority. We will work with the conference venues to ensure that safety protocols are in place for all reasonable circumstances.

A: Yes, some sessions will be eligible for CLM or CLE credit.
