A: Cost to attend Ignite 2025 is $695/person. An early bird discount is available. Please note you are responsible for paying for your airfare, personal meals outside of the conference, and special events that you attend on your own.
A: There will be set times for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and receptions. You will be able to indicate your dietary restrictions upon registering for the conference.

A: Ignite is an in-person event. The benefit of attending is to have the opportunity to meet with our experts in person, participate in hands-on workshops, and network with members of the community.
A: If you are arriving outside of registration hours, please email community@surepoint.com to arrange badge pickup.
A: No, we will not be reimbursing meals outside of the conference. Meals during the conference will be provided. There will set times for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and receptions.

A: You can cancel your conference registration by emailing us at community@surepoint.com. Cancellations made 30 days prior to the conference date will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made 29 to 15 days prior to the conference will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days before the conference or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. You will need to contact the airline and hotel separately to cancel those reservations.
