Online and phone reservations will be accepted beginning on Apr 23, 2021. Please be advised that the cut-off date for the discounted room rate is Friday, February 18, 2022.

If you would like to enjoy more time in Las Vegas, you can book your room from March 13 through March 20, 2022. The discounted rate will apply from March 16 through March 19.

Registration Information: We will be sharing updates regarding SurePoint World as we approach the date of the event.
Please note that travel and hotel reservations need to be done separately and does not confirm your conference registration. Again, we will notify you when conference registration becomes available. More information regarding the education tracks will be sent at a later time.
Registration Deadline: All attendees must register by 2/28/22.
Registration Cost: There is no cost to attend the conference.
Who Can Attend: SurePoint World is exclusive to current SurePoint Community members.
Food: Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks will be provided for conference attendees as well as hosted cocktail events.
Attire: Casual
March 17 - Celebrate St. Patrick's Day by wearing green.
March 18 - Show your team spirit by wearing your favorite jersey.
Transportation: Transportation will be provided on Saturday, March 19, from the Aria to the airport on a first come, first serve basis. When you register, you will be given the option to select transportation to the airport.
Health and Safety: For the health and safety of our community and staff, SurePoint Technologies has adopted a âVaccination Requiredâ approach for all attendees and staff at SurePoint World. This requires all attendees and staff to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 in order to attend the event.
For the purposes of right of entry to SurePoint World, a person is considered fully vaccinated:
⢠2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, or
⢠2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnsonâs Janssen vaccine
If an attendee or staff member does not meet these requirements, they are NOT considered fully vaccinated and will not be permitted to enter. Digital images of proof of vaccination should be e-mailed to community@surepoint.com before March 11, 2022.

Ari Kaplan
Ari Kaplan, an attorney and legal industry analyst, is an inaugural Fastcase 50 honoree, a fellow of the College of Law Practice Management, and a finalist for ILTAâs Thought Leader of the Year award. He is the author of Reinventing Professional Services: Building Your Business in the Digital Marketplace (Wiley, 2011) and The Opportunity Maker: Strategies for Inspiring Your Legal Career Through Creative Networking and Business Development (West Academic, 2nd Ed. 2016).
Kaplan serves as the principal researcher for a variety of widely distributed benchmarking reports, hosts the Virtual Lunch daily on Zoom, and has been the keynote speaker for events worldwide.

Frequently Asked Questions
A: Yes, your spouse or friend can attend social events. However, the conference presentations are only open to current SurePoint users.
Q: What should I wear?
A: The attire is business casual. Please note it is important that you wear attire that makes you feel comfortable and enjoy your time at the conference and in Las Vegas. If special events are added to the conference itinerary, registrants will be notified of recommended attire.
Q: What is the cost to attend?
A: There is no cost to attend the conference itself. Please note you are responsible for paying for you airfare, personal meals outside of the conference or special events that you attend on your own.
Q: Are meals included?
A: Meals during the conference will be provided. There will be set times for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. When registration opens you will be able to indicate any dietary restrictions.
Q: Will there be transportation to and from the airport?
A: There will be shuttles provided at the close of the conference back to the airport. As we get closer to the conference, there will be a sign-up available.
Q: Do you have materials you can share with my firm?
A: Please refer to the "Why Attend the SurePoint World" section to learn more about the benefits of attending this engaging and exciting conference. Also, the conference is exclusive to our Community members and there is no cost to attend the conference itself.
Q: How many people are expected to attend?
A: We anticipate approximately 300.
Q: When is the last day to receive the discounted room rate?
A: Book your room at the ARIA by Friday, February 18, 2022 to lock in your SurePoint World 2022 Community discount. This link is exclusive to SurePoint World attendees. SurePoint World attendees can also book by phone by calling the ARIA Contact Center at (866) 359-7757 or (802) 590-7757.
Q: If I arrive early or stay late, does the discounted room rate still apply?
A: Yes. We have arranged for attendees to receive a discounted room rate prior to and immediately following the conference.
Q: Can I stay at another hotel?
A: Yes. You may choose to stay at another hotel. However, the discounted rate will only be available for the ARIA.
